403 - Deployed in DigitalOcean App Platform

I tried to deploy it on DigitialOcean app platform, it was successful. But, when I go to the live app link, the problem now is the "Forbidden" issue. It says that I have no rights or access.

But it is still the same issue. I notice that you moved the index.php into the root folder and the public/ has no index.php anymore. Can you help in resolving this especially the .htaccess aspect? Thanks.
