Email settings

Hi,
So I installed it via docker, everything great. Bought a module (square), everything great.

But when it starts to sync, it starts pumping out emails to customers it synced .. sending them invoice paid notifications going back to the turn of the century.

So after a mad scramble to shut down Akaunting's access to email.. it seems that there is very sparse instructions on how to limit/control/moderate when emails are sent out.

Can someone help me to understand how to import historical invoices w/o email notifications going out? (besides the obvious of disabling SMTP)
